A sorry sight

yep, those are cobwebs on my spinning wheel, and a layer of thick cabin dust that one could write letters in....sorry indeed.
First I was sick, then SAFF came and went and as of late, we have been having septic tank, toilet and plumbing problems that have taken up most of my fiber time.
The upside is that we have made sewer progress and I have made spinning progress, towards the winter knitting, if not on the wheel. I have been spinning on the spindolyn in the evenings, stretched out too tired to sit up to spin, and have some nice singles ready to ply.

Awww...Cady May...it happens to all of us. Don't beat yourself up. Hope the plumbing stuff settles down soon and you can settle into winter fiber activity.

Hey Valerie,
Thankyou for your encouragement! I meant "sorry" in the southern sense of the word, not in the actual guilt sense. If you are not familiar with the sourthern usage, it is hard to describe, but it is not as serious as if you were truly sorry, more like, well, you "ort" to have done a little better, but you didn't...as in "well, them's a mighty sorry amount of biscuits for this crowd, but it'll do"
And thank you for the link to the spirit cloth post, what a lovely site!
